We have some great news to share: Fossil Falls at ROARR! Adventure Park has won Bronze for Best New Attraction at the Theme Park UK Awards 2026! And yes, we\u2019re proud of that. <\/p>\n\n
Fossil Falls opened at ROARR! Adventure Park in Norfolk in the summer of 2026. The 107-metre-long tubing slide was designed specifically for the UK\u2019s largest dinosaur park and includes a 12-metre tunnel and a near-vertical 4-metre braking slope. <\/p>\n\n
The aim of the project was to create a tubing attraction with plenty of freedom in the design, without being constrained by the natural terrain. For Fossil Falls, the solution was found in Swedice\u2019s Modislide product line. <\/p>\n\n
Modislide combines Neveplast tubing technology with a free-standing modular support structure. This allowed the attraction to be designed independently of the terrain and to fit into the adventurous, dinosaur-themed environment of ROARR!. <\/p>\n\n
Swedice was responsible for the complete process, from design and engineering to production and installation. Together with the team at ROARR!, we worked on Fossil Falls from the first ideas through to the final installation. <\/p>\n\n
Only a few months after opening, that work has now been recognised with Bronze for Best New Attraction at the Theme Park UK Awards. A result that makes this project even more special for us. <\/p>\n\n
There was another reason for the team at ROARR! to celebrate. Sarah Smith, Retail Manager at ROARR!, was named Rising Star for her work to transform the park\u2019s retail experience while driving forward environmental and sustainability improvements.
