What once began with sliding down a mountain on a sled quickly evolved into (snow) tubing. Tubing is an exciting activity where guests slide down a slope using a special tube. Originally, this adventure was only possible on snow-covered hills. Over the years, however, tubing has undergone an impressive transformation. Thanks to innovations in materials and technology, artificial tracks (tubing slides) have been developed that can replicate the smooth surface of snow. As a result, this activity is no longer limited to the winter season. Our modern tubing slides are equipped with the safe and durable materials of Neveplast. For the sliding surface, we use NP TUBBY, which offers endless possibilities thanks to its unique gliding properties. Whether you want a short or long slide…straight or with curves…everything is possible.
Our product lines
Because each location has different needs, Swedice offers two product lines: Neveplast TUBBY for tubing slides and Modislide for tubing attractions. Both product lines guarantee complete safety and a unique experience.
The main difference lies in the design and application:
- Neveplast TUBBY offers classic tubing experiences. The slides are installed directly on the ground and can be configured with or without a start platform, depending on the situation. This makes Neveplast TUBBY a simple and quick-to-install tubing solution.
- Modislide takes the design and overall experience one step further. By combining proven Neveplast technology with a modular substructure, Modislide offers greater freedom in the shape, height and layout of the tubing slide.
Neveplast TUBBY
The Neveplast TUBBY product line offers classic tubing experiences. The slides are installed directly on the ground and can, depending on the location, be installed with or without a start platform. When sufficient slope is available, the natural or created height difference is used. If the terrain is flat or the slope is limited, a start platform provides the required initial speed, making tubing possible even on flat locations.
The durable Neveplast NP TUBBY mats provide a smooth, snow-like surface that can be used year-round, regardless of the weather. Thanks to the smart construction, installation is quick and easy, and maintenance is minimal.
Modislide
Modislide – tubing attractions
Modislide builds on the proven Neveplast TUBBY technology and adds extra design freedom. The combination of safety, durability and reliable performance forms the basis for a consistent and high-quality tubing experience.
In contrast to tubing slides that are placed directly on the ground, Modislide is built on a complete modular substructure. As a result, the design is no longer dependent on natural slopes or existing height differences. The substructure makes it possible to fully determine the desired height, layout and visual appearance.
Thanks to this approach, Modislide is particularly suitable for locations without height differences or for situations in which the tubing track must be designed completely independently of the terrain, from mountainous areas to completely flat terrain.

We also offer options for events. Our tubing slides are easy to assemble and therefore also ideal as a temporary attraction, for example during a winter market or summer festival.

On August 1, 2025, a striking new attraction opened between the two ski slopes of De Wijchense Berg: the Modi Blitz, a 110-meter-long custom Modislide tubing slide presented on-site as the Mega TubeSlide. The Modi Blitz offers over twenty seconds of pure sliding fun for the whole family.
On April 5, 2025, the very first Modi Funtower opened at Recreatiepark TerSpegelt, an impressive attraction 9 meters high with six unique experiences for all ages.
